Welcome to Cayla Townhouse, a peaceful retreat on beautiful Johns Island. This 3-bed, 2-bath home features an open-concept layout with a fully equipped and updated kitchen. The spacious primary bedroom is located on the first floor, while the two additional bedrooms are upstairs—each with its own private ensuite bathroom. Enjoy a covered patio with outdoor dining, just minutes from local restaurants and grocery stores, and a quick 20-minute drive to Downtown Charleston and Folly Beach.

We discovered this area after sending our kids to band camp every summer at Charleston Southern University. After falling in love with the Low Country, we decided to purchase a little slice of it.

Cayla Townhouse is in a residential community, but within a 15-20 minute drive to all major attractions of Charleston, including world class beaches.
